Privacy Policy 

Here we explain how we collect and use your personal information, what rights you have, and how you can exercise them. We hope this will provide a clear picture of the data we use and that we only collect what we need to help you with your technical training. We do not keep the information longer than necessary and we never sell your personal information to anyone else. 

Who is responsible for the personal information? 

We are responsible for the data we collect from you. EverGrow is developed by Adoptify, org. no. 559377-0646, ("Adoptify AB").

Adoptify is responsible for the processing of the personal information you provide when you enter into an agreement with us for any of our services, or that you later provide in these services. 

The information we collect, how we do it and, why we collect this information 

Personal and contact information 
What do we collect? 

As a starting point, we do not collect any personal data about you linked to EverGrow. An anonymous ID is used to identify you and your data. The personal information displayed in the app is stored in your organization's environment.  

The information that is collected only takes place when you start a contact with us, such as a case for feedback or support. In this case, information about your case and your contact details will be saved, including name and e-mail. 

Why do we collect this information? 

We collect this information in order to respond to your request. 

Information about how you interact with EverGrow 

How you use EverGrow, including portions of EverGrow visited, any errors, how long you have been using the Services, whether you have seen messages we have sent, and more. This information is collected in order for us to be able to identify any errors with EverGrow as well as to see which services are used and which are not. This information is used to further develop EverGrow. 

Device information 

For example, your IP address, type of device, operating system, platform, and screen resolution. This information is used to personalize the user experience. 

Which information can we share with others? 

We handle your data in a secure manner. Your personal data will not be passed on or otherwise used for purposes other than those that you authorize. Only persons who need your personal data in accordance with the purposes we have informed you of have access to your personal data. We may transfer to, or share your information with, selected third parties, see the list of such selected parties below. In these cases, we take all appropriate legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and with a high level of protection when transferring to or sharing with such third parties. In the future, selected third parties may be added and you can always find the updated information here in our Privacy Policy. Your information is always encrypted. 

Microsoft 

We have all the hosting and rent our servers in Microsoft's cloud environment. All personal data about you that we process for the service is stored there. 

Where do we process your personal information? 

Your personal data is processed in Sweden and the EU/EEA. This means that your personal data is under the protection of GDPR. 

We only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the agreement with you or as long as it is required by law. We have internal procedures for the deletion of personal data to ensure that personal data is not stored longer than necessary. You have the right to see, correct and delete the personal data that we process about you. You also have the right to save your data, to request restriction of processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. In concrete terms, this means that you have the right to;  

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you free of charge. If personal data has been transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, you also have the right to receive information about the appropriate safeguards that have been taken.  

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information about yourself.  

  • Request erasure of your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations that prevent us from immediately deleting parts of your personal data. In such cases, we save the personal data we are obliged to save and block it from being used for purposes other than to comply with our legal obligations.  

We use cookies 

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your user experience. Furthermore, we receive information about which functions you use in the service via cookies. This information is used to improve EverGrow. 

Do you have any complaints? 

If you think that we are processing your personal data in violation of the law, you are welcome to contact us here. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority at anytime.
